Rent Your Retro
Purchases & Payments
All rentals must be paid in half at the time of booking unless otherwise stated in writing. By completing a booking with Rent Your Retro, you agree to all terms outlined in our Rental Agreement, Purchase Policy, and Cancellation Policy.
Rental fees cover the use of the camera(s) for the agreed rental period only and do not transfer ownership of any equipment.
Deposits (if applicable) are refundable only under the conditions outlined below and may be withheld in part or in full in the event of damage, loss, or policy violations.

Cancellation Policy
Because our cameras are limited, curated, and reserved specifically for your event date, all bookings block inventory that cannot be re-rented last minute.
• Cancellations made 90 days or more before the rental start date
→ Eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable processing fees.
• Cancellations made 60 days before the rental start date
→ Eligible for a 50% refund of the rental fee.
• Cancellations made fewer than 30 days before the rental start date
→ No refunds will be issued.

Event Date Changes
If you need to change your event date and notify us at least 90 days in advance, we will make one attempt to transfer your rental to a new available date at no additional charge.
• Date changes are subject to availability
• Only one date change is permitted per booking
• If the new date is unavailable, standard cancellation terms apply

No-Shows & Early Returns
• Failure to use the equipment or return it early does not qualify for a refund.
• Rental periods are fixed and based on availability, not usage.

Shipping & Delivery Fees
All shipping, handling, and return shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable once equipment has shipped.
If a package is delayed due to incorrect address information provided by the renter, Rent Your Retro is not responsible for missed event use or related costs.

Force Majeure
Rent Your Retro is not responsible for cancellations or interruptions caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to acts of God, extreme weather, shipping carrier delays, government restrictions, or emergencies. Refunds under these circumstances are not guaranteed and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

By completing a booking with Rent Your Retro, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Purchase & Cancellation Policy, as well as all related rental terms.
